New Horizons, Same Vision

It has now been more than two years since Remedy was acquired by BMC Software, an acquisition that was widely praised by the analyst community, customers and the media. During this period, many customers have shared with us the importance of simplifying and clarifying our presence as one company. I am pleased to tell you that this convergence is happening in a number of ways that will make it easier to do business with us. As a first step, we will be integrating BMC Software into the way we represent ourselves:

All of us at Remedy are excited to be clarifying our relationship to BMC Software, as we are certain that our products offer more value to customers within the BMC Software context. We are committed to closely aligning the Remedy brand to BMC Software to ensure that all can see how central to the concept of Business Service Management Remedy has become.
