Fusion Resource Management (FRM) is a division of Fusion Business Solutions, the UK’s largest Elite BMC Remedy partner. Today FRM is one of the leading specialist suppliers of IT and Service Management resourcing services to our customers in the UK and internationally. Drawing on over 12 years experience in designing, implementing and supporting BMC’s Service Management solutions and more recently BMC’s Service Assurance and Service Automation solutions, FRM is uniquely placed to provide expert, professional resourcing services for your Service Management and IT projects. FRM’s core are of business is the supply of project teams, interim managers and consultants for customer managed projects, usually on a Time and Materials basis.
FRM’s project engagements, will typically be tightly defined projects for development, customisation or configuration of BMC products which are normally less than 25 days in duration. Fusion also manages much larger projects - We tailor our services to support the engagement in a number of ways, and by working alongside our Professional Services (PS) team, we can effectively deliver and manage the project for you.
