Fusion are experts in delivering Service Management
solutions for our customers. We provide strategic advice,
recommend approaches and technology and implement solutions,
based on many years of experience. These service management
solutions are typically workflow based and web-enabled
and are in two broad areas - IT Management and Service
& Support.
IT Management solutions aim to provide the solutions
needed by IT departments for effective service delivery
to their customers covering IT helpdesks, Asset and
Change Management & Service Level Agreements. Around
50% of our implementations are in this area.
Service and Support solutions are externally focused
on providing service through contracts or service level
agreements or internally focused on service-providers
like HR, Facilities and Health & Safety.

Our main technology partner is Remedy, for whom we
are a full service partner and one of their top partners
in Europe. Our experience in Remedy solutions and technology
through our consultants and support engineers is unparalleled
in the Remedy market. Our management team have an average
of over 6 years with Fusion.
Fusion has worked with well over 100 blue-chip customers
in the UK and on a regional and global basis. We are
also the largest Remedy partner in the UK in terms of
customers on support. Over the last 12 months, we are
the No. 1 Remedy partner in terms of new customers.
Fusion have a dedicated Remedy team of around 25 people
including consultants and support engineers. All Fusion
consultants are Remedy Accredited (RACS).
Through the Fusion Support Centre (FSC), we offer a
range of managed services. The FSC is fully accredited
by Remedy as an ATS (Authorised Technical Support Centre)
and has proved to be highly rated by our customers and
partners. Fusion continues to invest heavily in systems
and people. Our dedicated support team has, on average,
3 years with Fusion and our retention rate among customers
is around 95%.
Fusion also works with other leading technology developers
including Centennial (asset discovery and license compliance),
Aeroprise (mobilisation), Retain (resource scheduling),
BMC (enterprise monitoring with Patrol), Microsoft (software
distribution / alerting with SMS and MOM) and Crystal
(reporting)

a Remedy partner in 1996 as part of the Horizon Technology
Group plc and today is an independent and profitable
