Fusion Business Solutions attended this years ITSMF UK Annual Conference in Birmingham on the 9th and 10th of November.
The conference, held at the Hilton Metropole at the NEC, had "Optimising IT Services for Business Success" as its central theme and the two full days covered all aspects of IT Service Management aimed at helping organisations provide cost effective IT services that deliver recession-beating business benefit.
Fusion was once again in attendance at conference in order to promote both its Best Practice Consultancy and Resource Management practices as well as representing BMC in the marketing of its IT Service Management technology portfolio. Graham Hammonds, our Best Practice Consultancy Practice Manager, was pleased with the overall success of the conference. "Once again we had a strong presence at the conference this year and as a result we had over 300 visitors to our exhibition stand (pictured) and held many meetings with customers who were looking at kicking off projects aimed at optimising their IT services in order to reduce operational costs. Our wide range of offerings across each of the people, process and product arenas was clearly attractive to many conference attendees and we met new and existing customers who we have already started to work with in order to help them to deliver service management transformation programmes and improvements for the future".
