All ISO20000 consultancy engagements are delivered using accredited and experienced consultants in order to help an technology organisation identify conformance, strengths and weaknesses within existing processes and to drive improvements in order to ensure full conformance prior to an ISO20000 Audit being performed.
Once conformance with the standard is reached, consultants will work with technology organisations to prepare for the ISO20000 audit. Following successful certification, consultants will also be able to maintain conformance on an on-going basis, as required by customer.
