- ITIL Awareness (Simulation Based) Education – the ITIL Simulation based Awareness courses incorporates BSM International Airport, an innovative business simulation designed to provide a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practice processes through a combination of experiential learning and best practice theory;
- ITIL Foundation Education – ITIL Foundation courses introduce delegates to the terms and concepts of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL best practice framework. The courses prepare delegates to pass the ISEB/EXIN Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management examinations, an internationally recognised qualification for IT professionals; and
- ITIL Service Manager Education - The ITIL Service Manager course provide practical guidance on the design, deployment and integration of ITIL. The course prepares delegates for the ISEB/EXIN ITIL Managers Certificate in IT Service Management an internationally recognised qualification for IT professionals.
