All registrations and job applications will be processed in compliance with the requirements of the Data Project Act 1998 and Privacy Regulations 2003.
Fusion Resouce Managment is committed to maintaining compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. The personal data contained within a candidates' CV is managed by Fusion Resouce Managment, from the process of receiving CVs to disclosing the data to prospective clients/third parties and for the purpose of proposing candidates for contracts and permanent positions and for services with our clients. Any additional data requested by clients/third parties such as, but not limited to, copies of proof of identity or address or reference information, other than that described here will only be processed with the prior consent of the candidate or business entity who is representing the candidate or contractor.
Fusion Resouce Managment will store candidate details on our database for the purpose of finding work. In addition to the above, Fusion Resouce Managment will use these details to notify candidates of potential jobs and opportunities, make them aware of news items and initiatives such as training and to request updated information on an ad hoc basis.
At any point in time candidates have the opportunity to opt-out of these updates and/or request removal from our database by sending an e-mail to candidateunsubscribe@fusion.co.uk
