Fusion professional services accelerate the delivery of service management solutions based on industry leading products. We bring to each project known methods of implementation, deep technical knowledge of products and experience from other similar implementations. This enables us to deliver faster and manage the risk during delivery.

Fusion’s project delivery is based on our Advantage methodology that has been created from experience over many years of service management projects. This agile development methodology combines Prince 2 project controls with iterative and incremental techniques. This combination enables an optimum blend to be struck between timescales and risk. Furthermore due to the iterative nature of the development users are involved in assessing the systems progress during the first week of implementation thereby:

  • Closing the gap between developers and end users
  • Reducing the risk of major issues being found late in the project, for example, in user acceptance testing

 

  
Key to Fusion projects are the personnel we use in delivery. Fusion technical consultants are industry accredited to technical vendor standards, for example Remedy Accredited Consultant through BMC, and industry standards such as ITIL through the ISEB. Most of our consultants have also been with Fusion for a number of years and have 4 or more years of implementing the products and services they specialize in.
