In order for an organisation to embark on any process improvement, it must firstly understand its current position. The ITIL Health Check not only provides that understanding but also advises on the subsequent path of improvement. With this information available, an organisation can make an informed decision on how to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of delivering quality IT Services.

Service Scope
This service encompasses all of the ITIL processes within the Service Support and Service Delivery libraries, inclusive of the function of the Service Desk, as follows:

Service Desk
Service Level Management

The scope can be completely scalable depending on an organisation’s
requirements.

ITIL Health Check Service Overview

What happens after a Health Check?
Your organisation will have the knowledge and understanding to undertake
selected improvement activities with both confidence and increased chances of success.

What are the consequences of not undertaking a Health Check?
Your organisation will have difficultly understanding your current process
maturity, strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, there will be a lack of
understanding around what activities are required to improve. Typically, with this lack of understanding, poor investment decisions could be made with respect to improvement activities undertaken, resulting in improvement goals not being met.
